DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! They can't figure out what is wrong with our truck making a noise, its like they don't want to deal with the issue. They also damaged our truck and have yet to take responsibility for it. They gave us a letter that they will review their cameras and we haven't heard from them, I feel like I am chasing a chicken. Take your car some place else.

These guys disrespect customers like no other dealership I've ever encountered. Beware of General Manager Mike Tandurella, Finance Manager John Quintero, and salesman Andy Soltis ...they will not pick up the phone to fix a problem that THEY caused.<br><br>They sold us a vehicle service contract that actually violates NJ law. I paid $4,200 for 60,000 miles and 36 months for my used Traverse. But turns out the contract gave us ZERO mileage, and I can't get my transmission replaced because of it. Quintero acknowledged I should be covered, and that the contract can be fixed. But neither he, Tandurella nor Soltis have picked up my call for a week now.<br><br>The insurance company (Zurich) says all the dealership needs to do is call and amend the contract with them. But they won't. Their receptionist has taken my message probably 20 times over the past week.<br><br>Today I had to spend my work day filing claims against them with the NJMVC, NJ DCA, and NJ DOBI. I've still received no call bac

My car 2023 BOLT EUV is still with them for 3 weeks now. They said is still waiting for parts (evaporator for AC). Haven't heard anyone from them until I called and they said the advisor (Mussy not sure if I got the name right) no longer work there. No loaner, no update, very poor customer service. I hope somebody from the upper management can see this so they can improve. Truly a waste of time!<br><br>Edited: Sep 3, 2026<br><br>My car still not fixed! called this morning and they said they will call me back after 3 hours no one called. I called again they said Alisa is on lunch. Still no update, I wish I should not bought from them! Its been almost a month!
