Eileen at Genesis of Englewood absolutely deserves this 5 star review.-- I was very argumentative. I came in skeptical, with a lot of pushback, and didn't make the process easy. But Eileen never flinched. She handled everything with patience, professionalism, and a calm, steady approach that really impressed me.<br><br>She never pressured me or got flustered, and she took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Her knowledge of the vehicles -- especially the Genesis GV70 -- was solid, and she made what could've been a tense process feel smooth and respectful.<br><br>And the car? It's amazing. The GV70 is everything I wanted -- comfortable, stylish, and loaded with features. Driving it has been a pleasure from day one.<br><br>If you're considering a Genesis, go see Eileen. She's exactly who you want in your corner -- even if you're a tough customer like me. Highly recommend.

They told me my car needed new brakes. That was a year ago.<br><br>I've received an inspections and 2 oil changes since and not once has someone else told me I needed new brakes. I still have the same ones.<br><br>They tried selling me other things as well, that I didn't need. It was a list they sent me (via link - by text).<br><br>They'll tell you you need things you don't and try to up sell you - Be careful.

Liar company They are waiting for advertisements on the Internet to sell lexus. I called to make sure the car was still there, made an appointment to see the car, and didn't answer the phone after arriving. Another one sale man tell you that there are other different cars. I got scammed here for an hour.

. I ordered a car from this dealership and at first they were very nice until I got approved for the car. Then they were extremely nasty. The entire sale I was given bad attitude.The car is nice but for such bad customer service I would never go back or recomend any of my friends or family to them ever again. P.s. I usually don't make much of a big deal when I'm not given the best customer service by anyone and I hate to give bad reviews but this experience was unacceptable. I was planning to get more cars there in the future for my business. Turns out I will be looking somewhere else to shop next time.
