  A true craftsman and a pleasure to deal with. A very reasonable and honest GC. They do excellent work. Mike and his team are very talented I would highly recommend them.

  We recently hired Palma Construction to renovate our garage, and the experience was fantastic from beginning to end. Mike, the owner, is very knowledgeable and demonstrated true professionalism--from providing itemized estimates and maintaining constant communication to completing the work with high quality.<br><br>What really stood out was the attention to detail--every element, from the insulation to the lighting and finishes, was done with precision and care. Mike listened to our ideas, offered helpful suggestions, and kept us informed throughout the process.<br><br>The final result exceeded our expectations and transformed our garage into a clean, organized, and highly usable space. We highly recommend Palma Construction--trustworthy, skilled, and detail-oriented professionals!

  Mike is very friendly and courteous, as well as quite dedicated to doing a good job. When installing our new attic stairs and door, he spent numerous hours over two days. I saw him place the weatherstripping perfectly, and both this and the paint look excellent.<br><br>As he works, he explains the steps of what he is doing. After finishing, he called later on to make sure that there were no problems. He is easy to contact and returns calls.<br><br>I would therefore highly recommend Mike and Palma Construction.

  Incredible work and I'm very happy I went with this company. The owner (Mike) is extremely knowledgable, talented, and actually CARES about every detail I requested. I needed two temporary partition walls and while other companies gave me a hard time about the time frame I needed this completed by, Mike was the only one who gave me hope and had the job done with such ease and in due time. Beautiful clean work, positive attitude, experienced and at a great rate. A+. Would recommend and use again. Thank you Palma Construction!

  My brother recommended Palma construction because I had water damage in my basement. They scheduled me promptly and did a great job. They were efficient, personable, and gave me a reasonable price. I would call them again for any of my construction needs.

  "Our deck needed a revival and Palma construction did the job. The deck was repainted and he added lattice. Would absolutely recommend!"
