  I had the great opportunity to work with Niva. Prior to coming here, I was personally dealing with a lot of pelvic pain for a very long time (maybe for a year or 2), and questioned if I can even have a baby during that period. I wasn't sure what to do for a while or what was wrong, and then got suggested to come here. Niva was always open to let me ask any question I had, and provided me step by step guidance. I can tell she really cares for her clients and wants to help them; she made a referral for the extra help I needed and made sure the professional I was going to would be good for me. I had sessions with her for about a year, and am happy to mention that I don't have to question or feel hopeless about whether I will be capable of having a child or not now, and the pain was able to be addressed thanks to Niva. I felt in good hands working with her.

  I'm a 72-year-old man, and I want to share what helped me with urinary incontinence.<br><br>Mine wasn't the sudden "oops, I wet my pants" kind in the moment--but it still progressed to the point where I couldn't move through the day without planning around it. If I wanted to drive, play sports, or even stay out for a while, I had to think ahead about where I could find a restroom. It wasn't just uncomfortable; it felt like my bladder was starting to run my life. I wanted to stop it before it got worse.<br><br>I started doing Kegels on my own. But I did them incorrectly--by tightening my pelvic floor instead of using the right pattern and effort--and the result was that things got worse.   When I went to see Niva I was experiencing one of the worst pelvic floor flares I had had in years. The pain and symptoms were so severe that I was struggling to function in my daily life and was feeling overwhelmed and discouraged.<br>What stood out immediately was how quickly she was able to get me in for an appointment when I desperately needed help. From the very beginning, she was compassionate, knowledgeable, and truly listened to what I was experiencing.<br>Through her expertise, treatment, and guidance, she helped me get through an incredibly difficult time and brought me to a place where I am feeling so much better. Her care made a tremendous difference in both my physical and emotional well-being. I honestly don't know how I would have gotten through that flare without her help.<br>I am deeply grateful for her skill, professionalism, and kindness, and I would highly recommend her to anyone struggling with pelvic floor issues.

  I had a overactive bladder. I spent quite a few thousand dollars going to a urologist trying to get cured he gave me pills they did not work gave me shock therapy on my feet I think they call it pulse therapy that did not work I went to a physical therapist that did not work. I can't reading that physical therapy is the number one treatment to take to try to get rid of and overactive bladder. I then found out about an amazing pelvic floor physical therapist that cured one of my customers. Although she did not take my health insurance I felt anything would be worth curing what I had so I would not have to wake up all night long having to go to the bathroom. She told me to do things that the other physical therapist and the urologist did not explain to me to do. I am happy to say that I am cured. It is so wonderful to sleep at night now throughout the night. So the moral of the story is I spent quite a few thousand dollars going to a urologist and a physical therapist that was on my medi
