Just had my first appointment in this office with Dr. D. I originally called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Parnell but got Dr. D instead. The whole visit was rushed, didn't even get a chance to fill out the required paperwork before I was brought back, which is important as a new patient. Spent the entire visit getting up and down from different machines. Dr. D honestly seemed bother the whole time. Mentioned I had double vision in one eye since I couldn't finish filling out the form and he honestly couldn't care less. Had to ask him what my insurance allowed me gave me a half ass answer. I was so frustrated bull the end I didn't even care to look at the glasses section. Heard great things about the practice and am extremely disappointed with my experience today.

LOVE Dr. Purnell and his entire staff. The office is friendly, professional & clean. Dr. Schorn is the best. Warm and thorough! Never ever rushed. Wonderful practice. A nice family feel. Thank you!

Amazing! The kindness of the staff, communication, and friendliness was 5 stars PLUS! The got my college athlete son in same day, and the doctors really took the time to treat what was the onset of a serious eye infection. Not only did they explain everything clearly to him, the had him come back the next am to follow up! What a great medical & professional decision, b/c they had to pivot and go to plan B based on results. Which was such the right call, and thank God! Then, they even went a step further & referred him to a specialist where they got him in that day to further his treatment to make sure we were on the right track for aggressive treatment & diagnosis. They were spot on, and my son could not praise the staff & doctors on his treatment and how they made him feel. GREAT JOB & THANK YOU AGAIN!
