The room was clean, linens were crisp. Just the building constructed not well. All kind of noises get through the walls.<br>It was very hard to sleep well so<br>I liked the location that I can enjoyed the Riverwalk in the morning.

As a Marriot Bonvoy Gold member, I'm extremely disappointed in the service here especially at the front desk.<br><br>First, there's no separate check-in desk for Gold+ members.<br><br>In more details, I stayed here for 2 nights and then extend for another 2. I logged the membership number at the front desk when I first checked in, being told that I will have a late checkout at 2pm. But on the fourth day, the front desk called and asked me I should leave by 12pm.<br><br>I understood there could be misunderstandings and suggested they check it the system for my membership ID. But she couldn't. Her communication is rude and unhelpful. I eventually gave her my ID over the phone but I definitely wouldn't stay here again.

We had an excellent experience during our stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the service was outstanding.<br>A special thank you to Linna at the front desk for her professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. She was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. Her positive attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.<br>Thank you to Linna for making our visit such a pleasant experience. We truly appreciate the hospitality and would be happy to stay here again.
