Thanks to Gaia Pest Control, I can finally feel safe in my home again. I moved into my apartment and discovered a mice infestation. I'm terrified of mice, and I have a baby who is starting to crawl, so this was incredibly stressful for me. After a really bad experience with Terminix, I called Gaia Pest Control, and the difference was night and day. Paul was kind, respectful, and incredibly patient. He answered all my questions, never made me feel silly, and most importantly, he actually solved the problem!! He didn't just set traps and leave. He has a whole system that actually works. and he didn't stop until the mice were completely gone. I was honestly considering moving because of the infestation, but thanks to Paul and Gaia Pest Control, that wasn't necessary. My home is mouse-free, and I can finally let my baby play on the floor without worrying. I didn't think it was possible after the big infestation I had but he did it! Great service!! We had a yellow jackets nest going under our house. I called Gaia and Paul came out that same day. His level of professionalism and knowledge are above and beyond most service companies, especially in this area. We haven't had a problem since. Will definitely use Gaia again and highly recommend!

Ivan the pest control technician was extremely professional and went above and beyond without a second thought. Ivan knowledge and service is exceptional. I can honestly say Gaia Pest Control is there to solve your problem. Lauren was extremely nice and very professional setting my appointment.Top notch company, highly recommend.

First time using Gaia pest control and it was a wonderful experience . Very knowledgeable, professional, and had a lot of experience. He sprayed all the areas even patched the gaps where the centipedes were coming from. He educated me as well, and was very patient and kind. The best hands down, way better than the other company I was using before. Gaia, is straight to the point and very professional. I have a very crazy work schedule and he accommodated me. Lauren is also very pleasant, and professional. She scheduled my appointment very quickly and also made everything smooth. I will be using them for routine maintenance since I live in an apartment building. They are very good in price as well which is very important in this time!

Gaia pest control is the best! Paul & John were kind, professional, answered all of our questions & made us feel comfortable. John went above & beyond to fill mesh in all of the holes that I was concerned about & even came back again to help cover the larger holes in garage! Highly recommend using their service!
