  Always have a great experience at this location. Customer service is excellent, never feels rushed or urgent. Today, my husband and I worked with Joe to secure our perfect couch. He was incredible!! Very patient and thorough and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Thanks so much Joe!!!

  Absolutely HORRIFIC experience with C&B. We ordered a sofa set that was supposed to NOT have feathers and specifically told the sales girl and she said they'll be no feather and nothing coming out. Well, the day after delivery we noticed a ton of feathers coming out. The manager Paula B told me that the feathers will go away eventually. Well, after months and months to almost a year i went into the store and the manager Tina told me that it's an easy fix to just order new inserts. So they were ordered and i specifically gave her my concerns about how i dont want the new inserts to be firm and uncomfortable and dont want the corners to be empty. Well, today was my delivery and all of the above happened. The set looks nothing like what i originally wanted, the sofa cushions are very hard and much higher then promised. And the biggest problem is that the corners are all empty and hanging and the sofa set looks like complete garbage. Tina assured me that these won't happen, well they did.

  Picked up a dissembled bed frame at store but it came missing with 8 bolts so unable to reassemble it and have to buy my own tools and bolts at this point.. Raised issue to store over call, but they said product was provided as is and they said I should have inspected it before picking up the product, but how am I supposed to inspect bolts in bed frame when it was fully assembled in store with mattress on top of it and when it was dissembled there were plastic coverings over it... Not a good customer service as they were only focus on selling and refuse to take accountability for product that was not fully in tact.

  I ordered from the wedding registry and I was having a friend pick it up for me. I gave her all the information and they never found the order but they were able to bill it to my credit card no problem. Do not shop here.
