  I'm very disappointed with my experience with Toledo Plumbing and Heating.<br><br>A few months ago, I contacted Toledo Plumbing and Heating, along with another plumbing company, to get quotes regarding a leaking main water valve and to have my sump pump checked. Both companies came out and told me that the city would need to shut off the water for the work, but they need to take measurements of the water valve before providing a quote. Both companies also inspected the sump pump and advised that it was working properly and did not need any repair. Therefore no additional repair quote needed.<br><br>The other plumbing company followed up with a quote and phone call with schedule, but Toledo Plumbing and Heating never followed up with me. I repeatedly contacted them asking for an update because I had an active leaking water valve and needed the issue addressed quickly. After receiving no meaningful follow-up, I decided to move forward with the other company.<br><br>The frustrating part c

  We apologize, the invoice was deleted in April from our primary invoicing system, but we failed to remove it from the backend accounting system. It has now been deleted and you can disregard the invoice. <br><br>Again, we apologize for the error and hope you understand.

  I have been looking for a new Plumber for a while And Toledo Plumbing was highly recommended.<br>This is my first time using them, and it certainly will not be my last. I contacted them yesterday for a clogged drain and they were willing to come out yesterday, unfortunately I wasn't available so they were here at 9 AM this morning. Excellent service, very professional, neat and efficient and fair pricing.<br>I will be recommending them to Family and friends.
