I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Hillary Moore. Her bedside manner was exceptional -- warm, patient, thoughtful, and never rushed. She asked very comprehensive questions, truly listened to my concerns, and made my child feel completely at ease. As a parent, I left feeling heard, reassured, and very grateful to have found her, and I absolutely plan to continue working with her.<br><br>The only disappointing part was the office staff. Unfortunately, this was not my first negative experience at this location. The nurse who took my daughter's vitals was cold and noticeably impatient with her, despite the fact that my daughter was calm, cooperative, and following instructions exactly. The receptionist also spoke to me in a way that felt disrespectful and seemed irritated when I asked a simple question. When you are bringing a young child who is already in physical pain to an important medical appointment, a little patience and kindness from the staff makes a tremendous difference.<br><br

The staff was very friendly and efficient. Dr. Moore was great. She took her time with my daughter and explained everything to her.
