We Hired Rita's to do a deep cleaning on our apartment before moving in. We re-arranged our schedule to accommodate their time. The day they were supposed to clean, they didn't show up. When we called them, we were told they didn't remember what they quoted us and would have to come back to see the apartment again. When we told him we made special arrangements to be here today, he told us that he had many customers, so maybe we should find someone else. Maybe everyone should find someone else.

Thank you, for your review. First they did not hire us. We just visit them to do a check up, then they were not sure if we were the same cleaning service that visited before... So we cancel the service.
