  I bought an expensive recliner from this place. Four years in, the recliner mechanism breaks; customer service tells me they don't make that chair anymore and they don't have the components to fix it. Now I have an expensive piece of junk taking up space until I get rid of it. I will never buy a pricey piece of junk from this place again. Ever.

  The staff here is amazing. I must have been approached by 3-4 people asking if I needed help. Then was assisted in dining furniture I needed (and required a fast delivery). Maria, the store manager I believe went above and beyond to make sure items were shipped as fast as possible. Thank you so much to the Paramus team!!!!

  I am incredibly frustrated with the lack of basic professionalism at the West Elm in Paramus. I called ahead to have my order prepared for pickup to expedite the process, and the experience was a total disaster.<br>The associate I spoke with--who I was led to believe was a manager on the floor named Yvonne--was dismissive and rude from the start. When I tried to provide my order number to ensure they had the correct item ready, she literally told me she "didn't want it" and only wanted to know the name of the item. How do you run a retail business and refuse the one specific piece of information needed to verify an order? It makes zero sense; you need that number to release the item regardless.<br>To make matters worse, when I called back to address the situation, they actually hung up on me. There was no professional greeting, no introduction, and clearly zero respect for my time.<br>The level of deception here is what's most infuriating. When I actually got to the store and asked the
