  Not a terrible place to rent in this town, maintenance issues are addressed relatively quickly. I was looking for the least expensive rental in North Arlington, and I found it. It suits my needs, and my level of expectation.

  Update to my review from 2024<br><br>Shame on Arlington Park Apts and Value Reality.<br><br>The behavior of Management and maintenance in 2025 has been worse than 2024 .<br><br>If you want to live in a paint and chemical environment and be smelling chemicals all day .<br><br>Than this is the place for you<br>Painting and varnishing 4-5 times a week with the vapors coming into your apartment.<br>Nose burning , dizziness, nose bleeds and on and on .<br>I was on steroids for 2 months in the spring of 2025 and the fall from all the chemicals making me sick .<br><br>I have 2 air purifiers and a unit designed for VOC and it still does not help .<br><br>My water has been turned off over 15 times in 2025 without notice .<br>They say they notify when you confront, but they lie repeatedly. They don't notify even though by law they are required to.<br><br>When I complain they claim it's an emergency ( 15-18 times in a year an emergency)<br>They have installed a new boiler and water heater but the

  I've lived in the apartment complex for over 10 years and unfortunately, my experience with the maintenance team, leasing office, and management company has been consistently disappointing. Despite repeated requests, issues often go either unresolved and it feels like my concerns are being ignored. The current situation with the mold in my bathroom is a perfect example. I reported the issue several months ago while a technician was out fixing another bathroom issue. He stated that the mold is a complicated issue and is something that he would need to report to his team as it can't be resolved as simply as the other issue he was attending to. He let me know he would come back to check the issue and inform me of what is the next step. Fast forward 2 months and the issue hasn't been resolved. I've since made attempts to reach the leasing office, submitted online urgent maintenance requests, and also left a message with the ownership company. As I write this review, it's been a week since

  Kurt and the maintenance team are very attentive and there is plenty of parking on the premise. Lived in the complex for many years and hardly had any issues. If there was a problem, maintenance remedied the issues right away. Would recommend.

  I've lived here for over 2 years. It's been a very professional, clean, quiet and safe experience. Kurt and the maintenance staff are excellent regarding keeping the property well maintained and they're fast to fix any issues in the apartment.
