Beautiful facilities, friendly staff, spotless 24/7 with modern machines that are always in service. Look no further than The Gym if you want a high quality experience. This establishment is run by an owner who cares about his customers, and it shows in every aspect of this facility. When I move back to the tri state area, this will be the one and only gym I will visit. Such an impressive establishment.

Incredibly disappointing experience from the front desk staff upon inquiring about membership.<br><br>My spouse and I visited the gym and were told no one was available to give us a tour. We were instructed to walk around ourselves + fill out the usual intake forms. After we left, the front desk employee encouraged us to come back and redeem our free day pass (as a next step to speaking with a sales rep).<br><br>Upon returning, we were immediately rejected at the front desk. The manager explained that we needed to prove residency in order to receive the day pass. However, we had already explained on the original visit that we had just moved to NJ a week prior. We tried to show an email from our landlord, but they did not accept this as proof.<br><br>Ultimately, they said we would have to pay for the day pass as our only option. When I tried to explain how we were instructed to come back and redeem the day pass by one of the front desk employees, they ignored this context altogether.<br

Liam, thank you for sharing this here. Reading about this experience is really unfortunate, but I can tell it's honest. Before responding here I wanted to look into this further rather than just give you a generic response. I've been going to The Gym Englewood for a while now and I love it. Equipment is top-tier and always in great shape. People are nice, the team members are awesome, and the vibe is honestly one of the best parts. If you're looking for a gym in Englewood that gets it right, this is the spot!
