I had a negative experience at another clinic, so I decided to switch to this pediatric office based on a recommendation. Despite all the worries I had, the doctor was incredibly kind and provided me with a lot of helpful information.<br><br>I especially want to recommend this clinic to first-time parents like myself. I was also concerned about the language barrier since I am more comfortable speaking Korean, but the doctor explained everything in Korean, and the front desk staff are able to communicate in both English and Korean, which made the experience even better.<br><br>During my baby's routine check-up, they clearly explained my baby's growth percentiles and overall condition, as well as what I should be careful about. They provided such thorough guidance that even after returning home, I felt confident in caring for my baby by following their advice.<br><br>For example, before coming here, we only had a very basic understanding of what to expect at our baby's current age. I've had such wonderful experiences at this office! Dr.Chung is incredibly knowledgeable, quick and efficient. She always explains things clearly and takes the time to make sure we understand every step of care. You can really tell she knows her field inside and out and passionate about her career.<br>This assistant manger Tiffany is just incredibly amazing. She's caring and patient with children, and is very gentle with them during vitals that never feels invasive or rushed. I also want to give props to Rachel whose helped me tremendously with my insurance issues. Def a place you want to take your family to if you need a new family physician, just recommend calling to verify if your insurance is in network with them first!
