I got rear ended in an accident, my car stalled and brought it to his shop. I was using for a week before it stalled. He said the battery was drained due to the trunk is slightly open and the light drained the battery. With a jumper it will crank but wont start. So i purchase a New Battery from him. 100 ft later it stalled again, He came and did everything and still the car wont start. Recommended me a to body shop. I asked him if i can return the Battery he installed since it did solve the problem, He said NO. He said problem could be the fuel pump because of the accident. Now my car has been totaled by my insurance and I am going to eat the New Battery. At least if the battery was bought to Autozone they will except it back. I am an Electronic Tech. I Dont charge my customer if I mis diagnose or put a wrong part, Honesty is still the best policy. Kind a Stumble with him.<br><br>Never use the battery for couples of month, Now i have used it and it won't take a charge, I ask if he can

I am writing regarding your recent inquiry about the battery.<br><br>Technically, the battery physically fits both vehicles. However, our shop policy and parts warranties are strictly tied to the original vehicle and VIN (3N1AB7AP1JY265622) on the invoice.<br><br>Because the battery was removed from the 2018 Sentra and installed into a completely different vehicle, the warranty has been voided. We cannot replace it under warranty since it is no longer in the vehicle we serviced.
