Went in to buy long stem roses for my wife's birthday, the woman couldn't be bothered to make a bouquet for me. Instead she told me to buy the prepackaged flowers. She didn't seem very busy. I was the only customer.<br><br>I was willing to spend more money on the long stem roses but I will never return. This was a poor customer experience.

As the owner of the shop, I do apologize for the bad experience. Our prepacked bouquets are for customers who are looking for a quick purchase. We are able to make custom bouquet orders when called a day in advance. We hope this one incident does not deter you from future business. <br>
