  I simply Called the owner Pedro to let him know that the dresser table in my house isn't cleaned properly. And he said I made him feel " uncomfortable" I didnt Know addressing my concerns about where I'm<br>Putting my money makes people feel uncomfortable these days. He asked his cleaning employees to leave mid cleaning. Very unprofessional and will never ever contact again. On top of that they were 45 mins late. Save your money and go to another cleaning service! I've even pre prepped my bathroom and sprayed it down took everything out for them to clean, folded all my clothes put everything aside and even cleared most of the surface to make it easier for them. The owner Pedro was extremely rude, Shouldve seen previous reviews before calling them. Never ever again !!!

  Dear Mrs. Monica Pashamki,<br>Thank you for leaving your review however what you right is not true. Our ladies arrived at 5:15 which is 15min after 5 not 45 min. After one of our ladies took all the bottles of and glasses that your mother asked to be wiped. I received a call from you that it was not done. When I called the ladies she had done them twice already and gave us a picture. I then called you to inform you and you started being extremely patronizing to me at which point I stated to you

  I tried his company three times and I've only been happy once . I called and wanted to show him his staff work and he told me not to bother because I'm never happy . Instead of asking how I was not happy . So I felt compelled to write this review . Even tho he said she won't charge and will put me in the no service list . Very poor work and horrible professionalism. Wanted to stay local in town but it back fired on me.

The only reason why we continue to serve you was to honor the referral of the people who recommended you to us.   Good customer service, however actual cleaning service is garbage. They are very nice people. But the cleaning lady did a very superficial job. She claimed she couldn't get stains off my shower.. she was equipped with cleaning spray and some sort of rag. So ofc I went in with a sponge and some Ajax and it came right off. I recommend for regular cleanings but don't use them for move in/out cleanings. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

  Dear Zainab<br>Thanks for your review. The day of your cleaning you had mentioned everything was fine. The next day you called about the stain, I offered to take it out for you or even refund you 10 dollars. Not only that we really went out of our way to help you get your security back since that was your concern on this move out. Thanks for recommend us for regular cleanings!!   The actual cleaning is ok. When you start to use them, they promise you that either the owner or his wife will come and do quality control after every cleaning, but after the first few times, that will not happen. And they are very difficult to work with in terms of scheduling or arriving within the 3-hour window that they give you. They will not give you a shorter window because apparently that is what PSEG does. And then they dont even arrive within the time period that was allotted to you, and will not even call to let you know they are running late. And the owner's response was that they cant service clients that are beholden to a tight time schedule.

  Dear Betsy,<br>I'm a bit confused at your review. When you started as a customer with us you were on the schedule for every three weeks. However because your frequent cancellations and locking us out we could no longer hold any spot for you unless you call us. Once doing so you were informed that we generally work at 3 hour time windows of arrival.
