I had an amazing experience at Tang Maru! The Sundae-guk (Korean blood sausage soup) was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, deep, and full of flavor, and the sundae and meat were tender and fresh. It tasted like a comforting homemade Korean meal.<br><br>The side dishes were also excellent, and the service was friendly and welcoming. If you're looking for authentic Korean soup in New Jersey, I highly recommend giving Tang Maru a try. I'll definitely be coming back!
