Unbelievable, I went to use the laundromat for its intended purposes. I luckily witnessed the owners lashing out like unhinged animals for a gentleman who is using paper towels to dry his hands after he was finished using the bathroom. Super unprofessional and no one should have to experience this. They shouldn't treat customers this way and they also continue to point and bash the gentleman with a customer with gossip. These owners should be ashamed of themselves.

Beyond unprofessional, I go to use the bathroom and there was nothing to dry my hands with. I go to use a roll of paper towel that they deliberately have out for people to use and the owners started yelling at me. All this because of their own incompetence and lack of cleanliness. That is no way they should be treating their customers. Awful.
