Tap Tap Boxing helped me prepare for and crush my firefighter physical exam. Great training, great coaches, and they definitely pushed me to another level. Highly recommend!

Wow great Trainer and Team. A colleague referred me to this Trainer since he does One on One boxing training in NYC. Best decision made, I lost 12 pounds for a foodie like me. Confident booster, I sometimes commute to the Jersey location if he's fully book to continue my training.

Training at Tap Tap Boxing & Fitness is always a great experience and continues to be for me and my family over the years. If you are looking for quality trainers that really get you in shape and ready for, essentially, anything, this is the place you should be. You can't beat the prices and trainers like Coach Shaq and Coach Rob give you exceptional training and routines to follow. This gym is suitable for all ages and I've brought my youngest sister for boxing since she was 5. It's always a fun and fit experience and we are all like one big happy family in the gym!
