  I always love coming to this store! The chocolates are absolutely delicious, but what makes the experience even better is the amazing service. VAL is always so sweet, welcoming, and attentive to me and my family. It's always a pleasure shopping here, and I'll definitely keep coming back!

  I can't say enough good things about Val!!!! We came in just for something small for my husband and she was so helpful, offered samples of whatever we asked for, and was just so kind to us AND my babies. It's so rare to meet someone in retail business that is happy to be doing what they're doing and when we saw Val I knew she was such a bright light. This is the ONLY Laderach location we will go to now because of her!!!!! We left happy and with smiles on our faces because of Val!

  I have been to several Laderach locations in the past and always walk away with $75-$200 in purchases I'd estimate. Usually in pralines. I came in to this location today 8/16 and while the woman behind the counter was nice she did not seem interested in providing a praline sample of one I have not purchased and wanted to try out. Before walking in I originally predetermined I was going to buy a few other varieties but was turned off by being rejected sampling so I walked out empty handed. I understand the company may deal with people wanting a free handout with 0 intention to sample. Maybe ask customers coming in if they have shopped here before to give the counter associate more confidence offering a sample to repeat customers? I walked out today and decided to take my business elsewhere as a result.
