  I spent two months trying to find a company to replace a cracked IGU in my condo. I contacted roughly 30 businesses, had multiple site visits, received conflicting recommendations, and several quotes. Even after selecting a couple of contractors, they either failed to show up or did not follow through on their commitments.<br><br>Jacek Piczak from Glass Guru (Meadowlands, NJ) was the first professional who approached the job with clarity and respect. He took the time to explain the process in detail--patiently, without arrogance, and without the typical "just trust me" attitude. Everything he outlined proved to be accurate, and he delivered exactly as promised.<br><br>Communication was prompt and consistent throughout. His level of technical knowledge, professionalism, and reliability truly stand out. On top of that, he is simply a decent, grounded person--easy to work with and trustworthy.<br><br>I will be recommending him to our condo association and to every unit owner I know.<br><b

  This place isn't serious when it comes to new customers. I was just looking for a quote and no one was answering the phone. Once I spoke with someone, they told me I would be receiving an email with my quote. 3 days passed and I never received my quote. I then proceeded to email for a follow up, and until today I have not received any quote. Very bad customer service overall. I'm suprised for how overated this place is.

  Their website offers "free quote" which never came, after they requested pics and measurements (which seemed reasonable to me). I sent them immediately, and waited, and waited. I sent a text asking for the quote. No Response. 3 days later I set another text asking for the quote. Still no response. I told them I would be writing a review, still no response???? How do you trust a company that asks you to do things that you do, and then they ghost you? Proceed with peril. My experience is that bad behavior is not a 1 time event. I ended up with Jimmys Glass, very responsive and reasonably priced. My experience with them was completely different. They sent 2 ment to my house to measure the window, and I got a near immediate quote.

  We had a old window in our kitchen that needed to be replaced. The tech came and measured are window; it's a custom size so I belive it was a 3 week lead time. Work was relatively quick, very well done they even filled gap round frame. They were extremely professiinal they didn't leave a mess. I would highly recommend and will have them do any future jobs we have in future
