  Just for update<br>After another Mercedes-Benz dealership and headquarters reviewed my case, they finally understood that my car truly had serious problems and decided to replace it with another car.<br><br>Because of this process, I also realized that the Paramus dealership charged me $7,160 for the tire warranty and $4,200 for maintenance. However, another dealership offered me a better tire package for only $2,900 and maintenance for $3,170.<br><br>In my opinion, please be very careful before doing business there<br><br>I bought a Mercedes from the Paramus dealership last year. Since then, I've had to take my car in for repairs five times, especially because the driver's seat moves backward on its own while I'm driving -- which is very scary and unsafe.<br>After several times of reporting this problem, I asked the sales manager, "If this happens to me while driving and I die, will you just say sorry to my family?"<br>He replied, "I don't care, and it's not our responsibility."

  Google says the part store closes at 5pm, Im calling at 4:15 and everytime I get through someone on the line immediately hangs up, called five times and it happened non stop and they then blocked my number, going to inform higher ups

  Service center is worst at paramus location.<br>Service advisor Benjamin is very rude careless and answer about status of your vehicle is like he is doing charity work and doing obligations<br>We pay top price for repairs but they dont call you back we have to keep calling .they don't tell you in detail what is going on in short with this arrogant service advisor BENJAMIN<br>make me feel insulted and feel like they doing charity besides paying extremely high price for repair.<br>Pl don't buy MERCEDES their service center is worst.

  Guys, I normally don't do review, but I have to do this one I have a 2023 Mercedes sprinter today is October 29 2025 I just took my vehicle for the fifth times for service. My vehicle is vibrating. When is in idling and the foreman his name is Craig, we went together and we duplicate the problem and he says there's nothing he can do about it and I still have warranty guys don't go there
