Being from a different state, I needed an attorney with experience in handling my application for expungement. Mr. Benjamin G. Kelsen from the Law Offices of Benjamin G. Kelsen was professional, kind, thoughtful and understanding as I explained my situation over the telephone. He explained the process his Law Firm would take in resolving my request. He explained the paperwork that was required, which he handled. He also explained the potential timeframe in which a response from the Monmouth Superior Court would take.
