  I had truly hoped for a long-lasting business relationship. As an event decorator, my client asked me to source event furniture that would complement the overall design. I chose Bubble Event Furniture, and things started off on a positive note. I couldn't be more grateful to Jazmine, who was extremely patient and accommodating as we revised the quote numerous times. The delivery team was also very pleasant and punctual. I only wish Bubble's customer service maintained the same level of quality as their other departments.<br><br>We had made a specific request regarding their LED Globes -- we asked that they be weighted down in the pool so they would remain stationary rather than floating freely. However, when the delivery arrived, the team was completely unaware of this request. They had to call the office, which then sent a separate installation crew. A couple of hours later, two workers arrived with very thin fishing line and lightweight dumbbells in a bright neon orange color, which
