Great experience with Dr. Sapadin and his team. Dr. Sapadin is true gentleman who took the time to ease my mind about some spots on my head that were precancerous. His staff were courteous and sympathetic to my fears. 10 out of 10 experience.

The staff generally isn't personable or friendly. You can tell they're rushing and don't want to take any questions. I wasn't able to complete my consultation because the doctor took a phone call and rushed out before I was could finish communicating all my issues. They aim to put you on a regimen to keep you coming back and paying the office fees. Needless to say I paid my office bill, but cancelled my prescriptions. I cannot recommend less.

Dr. Sapadin and his team always provide excellent service and take the time for you to understand any concerns you may have.

I had a telehealth appointment for 1pm, for which I stepped out of the office for. I called them and was told at 1:20 that they were finishing up with another patient and will call back soon.<br>I went back to work to await this call. At 3:30 I decided to call back myself as I needed my medication refilled.<br>They had forgotten about me.<br>I then was told to join their zoom link, where I waited another 20 minutes.<br>When I finally spoke to the Dr. he was rushing through the appointment and seemed annoyed to speak with me.<br>I had to miss a lot of work that day but needed my medication. No one apologized to me for the hours delay, and then I was made to feel like a burden when I finally got to speak to the Dr.
