  Teachers are overwhelmed and it shows when you watch on camera. The Director rarely helps out in the classroom.<br><br>The classroom ratio is only a priority when the state shows up at the front door, and she usually doesn't allow them into the center until teachers are rearranged to different classes.<br><br>The Director makes incompetent decisions and for the past year the regional director continues to use the excuse that "she is learning".<br><br>They allow you to make complaints about teachers, but if/when you complain about the mistakes made by the director, you're given a cold shoulder.<br><br>Then when you email the regional director, she makes excuses and calls it a misunderstanding. Apparently, it's above her pay grade to micro-manage a center director.<br><br>The LBA handbook says they don't retaliate against parent's complaints , but that is a lie. Director is a liar, and regional director covers for her.

  Here are a few incidents/misunderstanding that I emailed the regional director about that needed to be addressed. According to the regional director, I complained too much.<br><br>Picture Day: My child was held against his will, scared, disheveled, barefoot, humiliated and the director made him get photographed. I emailed the regional director and she made excuses, which was shocking. Both the Director and Regional Director are mothers, I know they wouldn't have photographed their child in that state so why humiliate my child?<br><br>The Director has a child at the center that has behaviors like all children do. Incident reports weren't being written on her child. She would call parents to pick up their child early, but allowed hers to stay. She enjoys the free tuition Lightbridge offers her.

  New ownership came and tanked the place. They fired our kids' teacher and shut down the classroom without telling anyone. No idea what happened but we all assume it was bad. Now they just send the kids to random rooms to get babysat, and try to cover it up with lies

  We enrolled our daughter at Lightbridge when she was 18 months old in the Purple Cats class. We had a wonderful experience! Ms. Linet is truly a gem- she is an exceptional teacher and so caring. Ms. Elizabeth is so loving and always cared for our daughter as her own. Our daughter learned so much from her bilingual education at Lightbridge! Every day she came home having learned a new skill or song or words. The teachers sent pictures throughout the day and always gave us an update on our daughter's day during pick-up.<br><br>Ms. Michelle and Ms. Karen are excellent administrators. They are familiar with every child in the school and always on top of classroom ratios. We had an exceptional experience at Lightbridge of Hackensack and highly recommend it!

  I didn't want to leave this review but I had to. I pulled my daughter from this place without the 45 day notice I'm okay losing the $500 deposit. For the teachers that don't want the kids crying at drop off pease stay home this job is not for you. For me to hear a teacher complain all the time that my kid cry a lot is very not professional. Separation anxiety exist a lot in kids. Mrs Liliana thank you so much for everything my daughter was so comfortable with you. I'm so glad I'm out off this place.
