I would give this place zero stars if I could. I come for the FedEx in between meetings around 3pm and there was a sign on the door that said "be back at 3:30". I came back after my appointment and there was a sign on the door that says "back in 5 minutes." I have been waiting here for 10 minutes and he is still not back.

Came to the store at 2:30 pm to ship FedEx package. Light was on inside, but the door closed. I knocked, nobody answered. I called the phone number listed on FedEx website and got an answer. The guy told me he is out to lunch and will be back in 1 hour. There was no "back in 1 hour" sign on the door, or any other sign. The store was simply closed in the middle of the day. So, I was forced to hang around Englewood and was back at the door at 3:45 pm (1hr 15 min later), but the door was still closed! While I was standing there, 3 other patrons came by and was greeted with the same closed door. I do not know how the owners stay in business! I will not use this location for FedEx services and do not recommend this location to anyone.

Parked in front for less than 4 minutes, and they towed my car on Christmas Eve. Do not go. They replied to my review below, however it is interesting to say they were not open when I in fact walked inside asking to use the ATM since the two truck asked for a fee in cash to have my car put down.

That's a big lie.<br>We were not open !<br><br>The landlord tows cars . Not the stores!!!<br>Signs are posted everywhere!<br>
