Sadly, Joan has retired. I found out at my physical, the day before she retired. They never sent out letters. I was devastated. In my mind, "PA" was a formality. She knew her stuff. She was the best gp I've ever had.

Been seeing Joan for over 30 years. Best PA there is. I don't even go to the doctors. She knows me, friendly and very knowledgeable.

Joan is 5 stars! Calling the office to get an appointment has taken more than an hour (28 minutes on hold today and same last week) I called two separate times and they won't renew the prescription until I come in and the next online appointment is available in July...
