The environment was very comfortable, and the water temperature during the spa rinse felt exceptionally soothing, relieving scalp dryness and tightness. The technician's technique was also excellent.

My massage was excellent--the therapist was attentive to my needs and adjusted the pressure perfectly. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and much less tense than when I arrived.

Had a very unsettling experience today. Masseuse insisted on pulling down underwear during massage even after I made it clear that I was uncomfortable. I would advise others to stay away<br><br>*This is the correct business and you do offer therapeutic massages which is what I had (it's even listed under services on YOUR website). Instead of trying to discredit reviews, educate your staff on how to treat customers appropriately.
