Do not recomend here I ordered food, one of the food they hold onto it. They never turned it in, then I went to ask for the food was alreay cold. I asked them the food, then they wanna charge me for the bag and the person in charge, Her name is Lily, and she's very rude. I do not recommend this place at all.

Found a staple in the food and lady working here said the owner is in surgery and there's nobody for us to talk to about it and that she cannot give a refund.<br><br>Update: they gave us a refund

I was really disappointed with my experience at Eatalia Joy at American Dream. My family and I spent around $120 on our meal, expecting a good Italian meal for that price, but unfortunately the food did not meet expectations.<br><br>To be fair, some things were good. The lemonade was great, the strawberry milkshake was great, and the fries and mozzarella sticks were enjoyable. However, the main dishes were where we were disappointed.<br><br>I ordered the linguine Alfredo with garlic shrimp, and it did not feel like the authentic Italian experience we were expecting. The Alfredo sauce tasted very plain, the pasta lacked flavor, and the overall dish did not match the quality or presentation we expected.<br><br>The mac and cheese was also disappointing. My 8-year-old normally loves mac and cheese but only took two bites before not wanting any more. My 13-year-old and 9-year-old also didn't want to finish their meals.
