Dr. Lisa has been a blessing to me! For years I had been on a quest to find a Holistic Practitioner to help me navigate the uncomfortable symptoms of perimenopause and female hormone imbalances. About seven months ago I stumbled upon Hackensack Family Acupuncture and Wellness on social media and shortly after that I decided to begin my holistic wellness journey with Dr. Lisa. From my very first visit, Dr. Lisa made me feel seen and heard. I felt comfortable as she listened very carefully to my concerns and together we created a treatment plan that felt thoughtful, personalized and attainable. Dr. Lisa is wonderful! After a long recovery from a laparoscopic surgery for endometriosis, Dr. Lisa has helped resolve a lot of my pain. She makes very helpful suggestions to better your lifestyle. I find that a lot of the advice she has given me has improved many of my endometriosis symptoms. She is knowledgeable and friendly. She is very responsive with messages and she is always on time with her appointments. Her office is beautiful and her front staff are lovely. I highly recommend using her for acupuncture.

This was my first time ever receiving Acupuncture and I was not disappointed. Dr. Lisa was gentel and walked me through the process as she was doing it. I honestly thought that I would feel the needles but to my surprise no pain no discomfort. I left feeling Amazing and wandering why I never did it before. I can't wate to go to Jersey and have another.
