Beware, they installed a flat roof and we have been having problems non stop. Lots of leaks due to poor workmanship. The 1st year they were somewhat responsive but after that no response. They gave lifetime warranty and are not responsive. Very poor workmanship. Does not seem they do the work themselves, they subcontract a lot out. We have been scammed.

Our old chimney had cracks that I assumed were cosmetic. It turns out, inside, water was coming in and causing damage. They fixed the broken part and put a proper sealant on. So every time it rains, I don't have to worry.

I discovered a small leak in my attic last winter but kept delaying repairs. One heavy rainstorm later, the leak became a disaster. They came out right away, put on replacement shingles, and sealed everything correctly. I learned my lesson -- never overlook a small roof problem!
