I did not experience a fair or balanced process in this courtroom. I was not allowed to fully present my evidence, and the handling of my case left me feeling dismissed and unheard.<br><br>The experience was not only disappointing--it was humiliating. A courtroom should be a place where people are given a real opportunity to be heard. That was not my experience.

Absolutely terrible attitude. From the beginning he berated an attorney for having to use the restroom. Then he proceeded to talk to us like we were toddlers. When my 83 year old fathers name was called he didn't hear him correctly and sat down and this rude judge yelled at him then had the audacity to tell my father to go live in a homeless shelter. Nice way to treat senior citizens. He needs to learn how to have more empathy

Nasty attitude. Gives no room for explanations, doesn't listen to anything you have to say. Doesn't care about your situation. Speaks to you as if you're a child, "don't talk back" "stand up straight" etc. And will ridicule you with no hesitation if God forbid you didn't understand his commands.

Judge Rosa and his staff were violently verbally attacking me in the courtroom and on the phone and making threats both verbally and in written documentation and shutting me up and wouldn't let me speak to make my case. He then found in favor of the guilty landlord. I am also afraid to give any further details of my case.

A very rude judge!! I'm afraid to give the details here. I felt very humiliated by the way he addressed me in the court room. I wish there is away I can report this Judges' rude behavior to the higher authority.
