  Our address is not in their system. However, this did not stop them from rolling up to our house and stealing FIVE BAGS OF MY DIRTY LAUNDRY that were intended for the Rochelle Park Laundromat's pickup, wash, fold, and delivery service. They then had the AUDACITY to say "your laundry will be returned to you tomorrow." Nah you stole it TODAY you can bring it back TODAY.<br>Let this be a warning that you should clearly label your dirty laundry for laundromat pickup only or else these freaks will roll up and nab your used undies.

  I delayed leaving a review for this organization and their pick up for our area, but it used to be great, but it isn't anymore. So disappointed with the effort we put in to label and have things set up for the drivers that are not heavy and small. All items are what is listed on the website, and we don't put out more than what I've scheduled online. Nope, this driver refused to take more than 15 items, even though our area does allow up to 25 if you have that scheduled. I had to speak to multiple supervisors about this previously because he argued with my mother that she was wrong and it wasn't 25, only 15 and refused to take the remainder of the items. Of course I was told on follow up calls they would speak to the driver and make sure they are clear on how much they should take if a reservation was made for 10 more boxes/ bags. Well, clearly that didn't sink in and 2 months later after scheduling a pick up, the driver left items again. I'm done. Scheduled a pick up with The Salvation

  If you call for a pick up except to wait at least a month before they arrive. I have 15 bags of clothes, I tried to schedule a pick up and the first available date in 5 weeks away..I'll bring the bags down to the local donation box.

  I like it a lot better than those giant boxes on the side of stores and just sit there, I hope all the donations and the proceeds to go to the veterans.

  Horrible place. Don't waste your time with donations. They never pick up no matter how many times you tell them they missed the pick-up and reschedule you. My husband is a Vietnam nam vet which is why we chose this organization. He's very upset with this organization. It happened to me in June where they missed the pick-up. I gave them one more chance in Aug. They missed my pick-up. It was rescheduled. They missed again. So we are done now. Total joke!!!
