  I was under the care of Dr. Irani throughout my pregnancy, and her daughter, Dr. Chait, delivered my baby. Overall, I had a good birth experience. I was induced at 40 weeks, as they didn't want me going past my due date, and everything went smoothly. Both doctors were kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel supported during such an important moment.<br><br>The only downside is that the office itself feels a bit outdated, and there were several visits where I waited quite a long time before being seen. I do wish the practice felt more modern and the scheduling was a bit more efficient.<br><br>Still, I'm grateful for the care I received and for the safe delivery of my baby. Dr. Irani and Dr. Chait are compassionate providers, and I appreciate everything they did for me.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this office. We waited over 3 hours just for the doctor to review our test results. I understand that OB-GYNs can have emergencies and unexpected deliveries, but waiting this long without clear communication is unacceptable, especially for pregnant patients.<br><br>To make matters worse, when I asked for water, it was given to me in a urine specimen cup, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful.<br><br>The doctor may be knowledgeable, but the office's scheduling, communication, and overall patient experience need significant improvement. Pregnant patients deserve better consideration for their time and comfort.

  I'm kept to wait for more than one hour and half for a 10 minutes talk with the doctor. I think the doctor's credentials are not an issue. But the whole process runs extremely slow, and it's not a one-time experience. This happens every time I visit this place, either in the morning or afternoon. They need to work on how to arrange patients and take less if the capacity does not allow.

  Worst OB ever!!<br><br>Bakhtaver A. Irani, MD is a joke. She's very unprofessional, rude, irate, selfish, and truly utterly disgusting!<br><br>Here are some of the offensive things she does:<br>- A doctor that sleeps in her office while you wait.<br>- 3 hours of wait time for a 3 minute conversation<br>- can't sign FMLA papers because she won't for some reason<br>- criticizes your health and well-being<br>- takes her time to send papers to insurance companies<br>- no snacks or water for pregnant woman waiting on this useless doctor<br><br>She needs to retire or get investigated for abuse towards expecting mothers that go to see her....or please take her license away!!!!!

  Honestly this was such a horrendous place and the staff is super unprofessional. Expect to be here at least 2-3 hours. Was left sitting in a room for over 2 hours (cold and naked under a paper sheet lol) and spent 10 minutes total with a doctor. Loved hearing the staff arguing the whole time while waiting. Paid my copay at the start of apt & they tried to charge me again at checkout. Staff has absolutely no phone manners and will try to force you to come in for an unnecessary followup (thank you lab corp - staff also neglected to tell me how I can find info online) Save yourself the trouble and go anywhere else.
