Ron, our resident manager is great! He's responsive and extremely helpful. Always willing to help, never complains. Keeps the property well maintained. Makes living at Steuben Arms a pleasure. Grateful for Ron's dedication to his job.

If you don't want to live with a rat, don't rent this apartment.<br>The property manager and supervisor are so rude and they don't know how to care of residents. My apartment found rats and they never said to me sorry. DO NOT RENT This apartment.
