  The best team!! Our home has had a raccoon issue for years and after multiple different companies attempting to handle the issue, atticare was the one to get it done. Our attic was a disaster from all the raccoons and our heat was torn up by them. The atticare team took care of all of that and made the attic spotless. They removed the destroyed insulation, fixed all the ducts and cleaned and sanitized everything and patched up the entryway that the raccoons were getting in from. Different companies have came to the house and either said they wouldn't be able to do the cleaning job (considering it would be too hard to get in certain areas of the house), or wanted to charge an arm and a leg. Bob at atticare and his team assured me they will handle everything and charged the most reasonable price out of everyone. They really are the best and did a great job.   Just had Atticare come out to remove all the mice infested insulation, mice proof the attic, and install new insulation. We were quoted a fair price and they sanitize the detached garage attic for us as well. Atticare was quick and professional. It was such a relief to get rid of the contaminated insulation. Thank you so much Team!

  Bob and the Atticare team recently installed new insulation in our attic, cleaned the area and installed a new attic fan. Very impressed with their professionalism, cleanliness and timeliness. Would recommend Atticare to others, and will be using them for future work.

  We hired Atticare to improve the insulation in our attic, including removing the old insulation, air sealing, and installing new insulation. Overall, we were very happy with the experience from start to finish.<br><br>We initially met with Bob, who came out to inspect the attic and provide an estimate. He was very nice, took the time to explain what he was seeing and what he recommended in detail, and answered all of our questions without making us feel pressured. He was also very helpful afterward with coordinating and getting the project booked.<br><br>On installation day, the crew was professional, worked efficiently, and did a good job protecting our home and cleaning up when they were finished. I appreciated being able to see the progress throughout the installation, and the difference between the attic before and after the work was significant.<br><br>After the installation, we did notice a small nail pop in the ceiling of one of the bedrooms.   Great experience! We had bats that messed up our attic. Franklin and his team came in and did an amazing job taking out or old attic floor and insulation, sanitized and insulated. Just as important was that the bats were humanely evicted.<br>Polite, professional, and hard working crew got the job done right. Very happy

  Really amazing how efficiently the Atticare crew works. They unloaded the attic, removed the old insulation, vacuumed the space clean, sealed what might be leaking air or critter access, installed new higher R insulation and then put everything back in the attic neater than the way it was found. All this was done in half a day. The access room to the attic was left clean. They are courteous and easy to work with. Highly recommend the Atticare crew.
