I've been living at this apartment for a while now and couldn't be happier. The building is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. Peter is always professional and quick to help with anything that comes up, whether it's a maintenance request or just a question about the property. Great place to live in.

I just move in for 5months, I love the place, peace and quiet, and Very Clean in the hallway, smell so beautiful. Any problem my landlord will solve my need right away. Very quick and good. Everyone are very nice. I am very happy that he accepted me to be his tenant .

Top notch people, really enjoyed living here, especially coming from previous NYC renter. The area is nice, commute into the city is effortless, and barely any issues with the neighbors.
