From start to finish the experience was excellent. They were flexible and easily worked within my time constraints, the work on replacing / repairing my ceiling fan/ vent in the camper was completed successfully, they returned to me the "spare parts" and to be honest, I couldn't be more pleased...AND, extra bonus... they are not to far from my home.<br>2 thumbs up, 5 stars... highly recommend
