I'm revising my review on July 2025; unfortunately I cannot go lower than the one-star rating I originally provided.<br><br>In addition to the below (although the town has mostly paved the street, not the potholes in front of the spots), the lot management company, Park America, is known to "ticket" your car even if you used the (poorly reviewed, apparently) mPaytoPark app to pay for parking. Yes, they've upgraded from an old coin box to using a pay station + an app for daily parking. I've now gotten three of these birdcage liners pretending to be summonses, alleging I didn't pay to park in my space despite having receipts in the app. The company looks to extort you $25 for each violation and raises the fee after 15 days. Either Mr. Magoo is handling the parking enforcement or they are attempting to scam you into buying a quarterly parking pass. Avoid this lot. Also note Park America operates the Wesmont station across town. NJTransit should revoke their contract.<br><br>* * * * * * *

The parking ticket machine doesn't work. #1 is broken, we were not able to pay so this ruined our plans :/
