  They leave your laundry fresh-scented and folded. The staff is very kind and respectful. Luz has gone above and beyond everytime I go get my laundry done.

  Good for washing your clothes on Wednesday when the price for small machines are $1:49<br>However some machines don't work properly and the card machine to add $ money never works right. You play with it to try to get the thing to read your card to check the balance of your money time after time it gives you error.Finally you need to give up and have the worker to add $$ to your card at the register

  IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE 0 STARS, I WOULD!!<br><br>Absolutely horrible experience at this laundromat in Little Ferry, NJ. They literally locked the doors while my clothes were still inside the dryer. I arrived around 6:15 p.m. to do my laundry and stayed in my car while waiting because it was extremely hot inside the laundromat. I even set a timer on my phone so I would come back exactly when my dryer cycle was finished.<br><br>I put my clothes in the dryer for 28 minutes, went back to my car, and when my timer went off at 7:57PM, I walked back only to find the laundromat was just closed and locked. My clothes were STILL inside. She closed a few minutes before 8Pm<br><br>I explained to the employee that my work clothes were trapped in the dryer and that I urgently needed them for the next morning. Instead of helping or showing any understanding, she told me there was nothing she could do because she had already set the alarm. I politely begged her to call her boss or make a simple ex

  Hi sorry this happened where you able to get your clothes . I will speak to the employe so it never happens again , but it says online and the store window we close at 8pm. It does not say 10pm anywhere . <br>Sorry you had an issue

  I had a great experience at Fresh Laundry! The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and everything runs smoothly. What really makes this place stand out is the exceptional service. Julisa, the attendant, is absolutely amazing--she's friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone feels comfortable and taken care of. It's clear she truly cares about the customers and the environment she creates. Highly recommend this laundromat if you're looking for a reliable place with outstanding service!
