  How about someone answer the phone? You can't get through and if you're patient enough to hang on it takes up to 20 minutes. How can that possibly be? If no one is in the office then direct it to the answering

  My son is a patient of Dr. Gita Macar and is being treated for severe acne that requires a complex treatment plan.<br><br>Unfortunately, our experience with both the doctor and the office has been extremely frustrating. First, patients are always left waiting for the doctor. Then, when the appointment finally happens, it feels rushed, as if we are interrupting something more important.<br><br>Our third visit was on June 8. Dr. Macar prescribed Accutane through Welcome Pharmacy and several other medications (an antibiotic, steroids, a medicated shampoo, and a body wash) through CVS.<br><br>Three days passed and we received no calls, texts, or updates from either pharmacy. When I called the office, instead of checking the patient's chart, the staff asked me which medications were supposed to be prescribed. I found that very strange for a medical office. After I explained everything, Accutane was finally delivered that day.<br><br>However, CVS still had nothing. I called the office again,

  Awesome doctor!! Has helped me so much with my hair loss problem. Gone to several other doctors prior and their methods didn't work. Go to Dr. Rapaport if you want results!
