They have some really amazing finds, but the rest of it is a rip off. Their gashapon is far more expensive than bandai. Some items such as plushies would run you 50 bucks. Also, the prices of the merch behind the glass are very misleading. They all have numbers near them like 1, 5, etc. which I thought was their prices, since they are tiny figures. The price is actually on the bottom of the figures, which we cannot see, since they are behid glass. You have to ask an employee for help just to know the price, which is very ineffecient and a waste of time for everyone. The actual prices were far more. The layout is also confusing as the check out area is in the middle of the store. Some sections were also closed off which was disappointing, but the staff were very nice. It also gets very crowded and rude people will block off the aisles.
