  Looked for HVAC company after my central AC unit stopped working during super heat wave. After calling over 20 HVAC companies, Arduras was one of the few that genuinely sounded like he cared about his work and not just send a tech he hired. He is very honest (told me it would be much cheaper if i could wait a day), fair in price (his system analysis fee is about 30-40% cheaper and goes toward repair fee) and did thorough testing before telling me my fan was fried and that it wasnt something else. After giving me several options, showed me all the readings and explained why he would recommend doing this or that. Bottomline, he cares about his work, has empathy for the customer and genuinely wants to get the job right. Very happy I chose him over all the other companies (some i used before) and am completely satisfied with the job he did.

  I found Ardura HVAC on a Bergen County subreddit for hvac recommendations as we needed to put a 1200CFM range hood and make up air system. I called several places who had no idea what a make-up system was, and I was so relieved when Carlos knew exactly what I needed. He was at the house the next day and gave me a quote 30% less that the other guys who seemed unsure about what to do. Carlos and his team came back the next week after ordering all the parts. After opening up the walls, there wasn't enough room to pipe the exhaust as we originally intended, but Carlos came up with a brilliant solution. He's a problem solver! We are undergoing a gut reno, and I will use him for all my HVAC needs going forward. THANK YOU CARLOS!!

  Just brought a new house and needed to replace the HVAC system. Juan Carlos clearly explain my options and provided me different prices. Not only did his team install the new unit in 2 days, he fixed the previous messy duct work the prior owner had, installed new returns to fix airflow and added two new nest thermostats. To top it off his team installed the duct covers left open by the vent cleaners no extra price.<br><br>Really great work and professional. Would definitely use again and recommend to my friends/family.
