  Wonderful staff at this location! I have visited twice this week and interacted with three different staff members there (Mayesha and another lady and a gentleman whose names I regretfully did not catch). They were all very welcoming and understanding. They were very patient and understanding when I had to go back and forth to my physician to get the requisitions updated. They serve with genuine smiles and big hearts. I wish them all the best! Thank you!

  I don't know their full names but the lab technicians (person who drew blood) at the location located at 385 Prospect Ave., Hackensack, NJ were the best!! I believe their first names are Kim and the other individual is Luz. They are very professional, caring and personable. They were also very friendly and made me feel very relaxed. They are ABSOLUTELY the right persons for this job. I also didn't even feel the needle go in when the blood was drawn. Amazing!! Kudos to Kim and Luz, keep up the EXCELLENT work!!!!!

  I never had an issue with this Quest until today when I was belittled by their staff member. I waited 30 minutes just to drop off a sample that needed to remain refrigerated. I go to this place as soon as it opened and I asked a worker if I could just drop it off , but instead I was told I had to go check in the kiosk . Mind you there were only three people there and no one else! I was forced to make an appointment for a much later time in the kiosk system despite me already being there because there was no other availability. I checked in and I waiting because I thought they'd call me since I followed their staff's instructions. The staff who redirected me saw me and knew why I was there. I also had to go to work so I hoped they would simply call me, take my sample so I can leave. I did as I was told and 35 minutes passed as the waiting room started to fill up. My name started to move farther down the list despite me being there since 7:05 am. Another worker called someone else in and
