I started seeing Dr Kim back in November of 2024. I was advised by him and his billing department (Nisa) that I would not be responsible for charges by my insurance carrier since he was an out of network provider. He would take what my insurance paid him. At that time I thought he was such a nice Doctor wanting to help me. I was so happy. I went at least twice a week for therapy never receiving a bill until 6 months later I received a bill from my insurance carrier for over $4000. Went to him to discuss it and he blamed it on my insurance. No help from Dr. Kim or Nisa on helping me fix the issue. I was told from both at the time of the first service that It was confirmed with my insurance that I will NOT be billed.<br>A month after my first bill of $4000+ it turned into $7600!!!!!!<br>I am not sure why Dr Kim's team decided to bill me/my insurance all at once and after 6 months of therapy. If they did things the right way I would of caught this billing issue sooner and I'm sure a lot l

Dr. Kim is an excellent doctor. I fell and I wasn't able to bend my knee but now I'm much much better and I can bend it all the way and walk normally. My husband had a neck pain since many years and went to many physical therapy facilities but after just few times with doctor Kim he felt much much better. Thank you Dr. Kim

Dr. Kim is the best doctor!<br><br>I've been dealing with shoulder and neck pain for a long period of time so I finally decided to go see Dr. Kim. Before going to see Dr. Kim, I contemplated getting surgery but after several sessions with him, I didn't have to get surgery. He has magical hands and was able to adjust me to complete health and now I am pain free. I highly recommend Dr. Kim for all your chiropractic needs!
