Worst medical practice I have ever dealt with. I was an existing patient at Hackensack Ent. I was involved in a auto accident. I made an appointment to see my ENT Specialist and informed the office at that time I had some hearing loss as a result of being hit with the earbag. My appointment was confirmed but when I arrived at the office I was told that the doctors at that practice don't treat auto accident patients even if you are an existing patient and was sent on my way. Doctors there may be great but good luck trying to see one when your injured. They don't even deserve one star. BEWARE

I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I felt that there was very little care or follow-up after my visit, and my concerns were not taken seriously. Follow-up calls were not handled properly, which left me feeling ignored and frustrated.<br><br>Unfortunately, it felt more like a business focused on seeing patients rather than providing genuine patient care. I was also disappointed with Dr. Broody and did not feel confident in the care I received.<br><br>Please be aware of this before choosing this location or scheduling an appointment. I hope they improve their communication, follow-up, and overall patient care.

I did not have a good experience with Dr. Agarwal. He was a bit rude to me. But more importantly, he does not practice informed consent. I got billed with an unexpected additional $400 charge for him to "look at my nose"
