Really disappointing, they cancelled my appointment. Didnt even thoroughly explain why. They refer me to another doctor and the information they provided wasn't even correct.

I've been dealing with chronic sinusitis for a while and finally decided to go through with surgery with Dr. Lee. It was the best decision I've made. From the very first appointment he made me feel at ease. He listens and genuinely cares about your health as a whole.

The surgery went great and my recovery has been really smooth. He walked me through everything and I always felt taken care of.

I'm really glad I stuck with him and went through with it. If you're on the fence about seeing an ENT, I'd recommend Dr. Lee to anyone without hesitation. He's the best.

Unfortunately, I can only give our experience three stars. My husband saw Dr. Lee on April 1st, and we found him to be excellent--he listened carefully, explained everything thoroughly, and took his time during the appointment. He also informed my husband that his condition was severe and would require surgery, and that someone from the office would follow up with scheduling details and instructions.

However, after a week passed with no communication, my husband began calling the office and leaving messages. Despite multiple attempts over the past 20 days, none of these calls have been returned.

This lack of follow-up is extremely disappointing. While Dr. Lee made a very positive impression, the office's failure to communicate reflects poorly on the overall experience. Even a brief courtesy call to acknowledge delays or provide an update would have gone a long way. We understand that delays can happen, but not keeping patients informed is both frustrating and inconsiderat

The doctors themselves are good--I've seen them before and had a positive experience.

However, the scheduling process is extremely frustrating. I called to book an appointment and was told I would receive a callback. After waiting 24 hours with no response, I called again and was asked if I wanted to leave another message. When I asked about the expected callback time, I was told it could take days because they are busy.

If it takes days just to schedule an appointment, it raises concerns about how long it would take to actually be seen. The office really needs to improve its responsiveness and booking system.

Excellent physicians but you'll never see them. They make you wait 10 or 12 rings before they pick up, then someone tells you they'll call you back to schedule an appointment, and that's the end of your experience. Because you'll never be called back. I got pissed by the disrespect so I called Hackensack Hospital's Patient Experience office. A woman named June or Julie (can't recall, don't want to recall) answered. "Hello?" was all she said. No identification, nothing. I wasn't even sure I'd called the correct office. I had, but I had to ask. I told her my tale of woe. She goes, "I'll call them and get back to you." And hung up. What do you think happened? The good news is, I'm set to see another ENT doctor, just as highly rated, self-employed, tomorrow. No bullshit, no fuss. The Hackensack group at 20 Prospect Place does not care about you, Hackensack Patient Experience doesn't care about you, and they don't deserve your time or your money. Beyond disappointing. Enraging, actually.

I saw Dr. Inouye and he was great during my appointment. At the end of the visit, I was told that Sandy Calderon would contact me to schedule my surgery. It has now been over two weeks, and I have not been contacted.
I have called the office multiple times and was told messages would be left for her to return my call. I have also called Sandy Calderon's direct number and sent her emails, but have not received any response. I am hoping someone from the office can assist or reach out to me so I can move forward with scheduling.

Edit: It has now been a month since my appointment, and despite several calls and requests to speak with someone, I have yet to receive a callback.
